Darryl is a cute and quiet boy who likes to be helpful to others. He gets along well with children who are his age or older. He loves to draw and can focus on a drawing project for hours. Darryl also enjoys playing football and recently played on a team for the first time. He plans to be either a football player or a truck driver when he grows up. Darryl also enjoys food and has many favorites! 

Darryl attends a specialized class where it is easier for him to stay focused and on task.  He is an intelligent boy who, with the right motivation, could earn much higher grades. Through counseling, Darryl is learning to express his feelings, rather than keeping them inside.

Darryl needs a loving adoptive family who is patient and will accept him for who he is. He would greatly benefit from having a positive male role model in his life as well. He needs a family who will spend time with him, get to know and understand him, enjoy him, and support him.
