It is common for adoptive families to need support and services after the adoption is finalized. CHS’s post adoption services can help families deal with a wide range of issues. Our family and post adoption support services include counseling regarding adoption issues, reviewing and interpreting medical and birth record information, and providing educational opportunities about adoption through workshops, seminars, and alumni gathers. CHS also offers a lending library with materials related to adoption and foster care.

Services are available for adoptees, adoptive parents, and birth families affiliated with CHS.
