CHS's Infant Networking Program was established to help families wishing to specifically adopt infants. The goal of the program is to network, or connect, families wishing to adopt with the birth parents placing children for adoption. This program often has a wait list of prospective adoptive families. Parents in the Infant Networking Program must:
Upon completion of the home study and parent education workshop, an agreement is signed by the adoptive parents to join the Infant Networking Program and a fee is charged at that time. Once accepted into the program, prospective adoptive families will receive services for a period of 18 months, if required. Infant Networking Program services include:
