The Schiffman Family sends a special thank you to everyone who participated in the Seventh Annual Schiffman’s Charity Classic on September 11, 2009.  All proceeds benefited CHS.

The golf tournament took place on the world famous Grandover Resort Golf Course. Players enjoyed lunch on the course, prizes at select holes, a chance to putt for $10,000, and a closing reception/dinner. The bridge benefit took place in Greensboro Country Club’s ballroom with participants enjoying lunch and raffle items throughout the day.

That evening, everyone gathered in Grandover’s Ballroom for a delicious dinner. There was a raffle with nearly $45,000 in Schiffman’s jewelry, watches, and gifts along with a variety of other items.

The first six Schiffman’s Charity Golf Classics have generated over $140,000. These funds have supported a number of CHS projects over the years touching the lives of thousands of children here in North Carolina.

This day was a wonderful day of friendship and fun. Thank you for supporting thousands of NC’s children who are in need of a permanent, safe, and loving homes.
