After spending his 13-years in foster care, Kaleb finds his forever family

Kaleb is happiest when he is out of his wheelchair and arm splints and being held and loved.

His new parents, Jayne and Vladimir Radionov see that first hand when they welcome him to his new forever home.

“As our hearts just grew, it was like we knew we really wanted him home to be here with us, where every day we can love on him,” Jayne Radionov said.

To prepare for Kaleb’s arrival, there are a number of things the family needs.

Items include:

  1. Wheelchair accessible van
  2. Tumble form chair
  3. Hoyer to lift in and out of bathtub, sling chair, reclining bath chair
  4. Gait trainer
  5. Monitoring video system
  6. Therapy ball with base

Call Horizons Residential Care Center at 336-767-2411 to get in contact with the Radionov family and donate.
