Aaliyah

Aaliyah is a bright, engaging youth who loves to dance, act and sing. She participates in dance troupes, drama class and sings whenever possible. She is outgoing, but also enjoys her alone time. She loves to shop at retro/vintage stores, go to concerts, travel to the beach and home décor. Aaliyah’s favorite color is pink, and she hopes to be able to decorate her own room in pink someday.

Aaliyah likes to be around other children and does not mind if she has siblings, either older or younger. She has no preference regarding parental composition. She would like a family who will allow her to continue her dream of becoming an actor or a model, but who will also encourage her to pursue other dreams. Aaliyah loves all animals and hopes to live in a home with pets, especially dogs.

Aaliyah’s team would like to see her with a family who understands the effects trauma has on children, who can be patient and understanding as Aaliyah navigates puberty and her teen years. Aaliyah is close to her older sister and grandparents, and continued contact with them is important to her.
