Makiyah

Makiyah is a bubbly, high spirited, fifteen-year-old girly girl who enjoys crafts and decorating her room.  She likes unicorns, making jewelry and spending time in the community.  Makiyah loves dancing to TikTok videos, singing and acting silly. Makiyah is a sweetheart and very hopeful for her life.  She expressed if she could have an animal, it would be a dog because they are adorable. Her favorite restaurant is Chick-fil-A. She also likes Barnes and Nobles.

Makiyah is described as a “people person’ who is full of joy. She loves to talk and has great sense of humor. Makiyah smiles easily and is the type of a child who is eager to please, learn new things and do well. She is caring by nature and sensitive to the emotions of others.  Makiyah has expressed that she desires to be a foster parent to help other children.  She also expressed her desire to go to California to visit and meet television stars. Makiyah stated if she could be anyone for a day it would be Arianna Grande. She desires to join the military.

Makiyah has experienced disappointments in her life, but she has not given up on her forever family. She loves attention and affection from her caregivers. Makiyah needs a two parent or single mom family that is nurturing, patient, and firm. Makiyah will do best with experienced parents and as the youngest or only child. Although she needs consistency, supervision, and clear guidelines, she responds well to praise and one-on-one attention.
