The Adverse Childhood Experiences Study & Resilience
The ACE Study has demonstrated that without intervention, the natural human responses to survive adversity wire the brain in such a way that health and well-being can be jeopardized. Resilience is the ability to offset the negative life factors that challenge one’s health and well-being, including ACEs. Join us to learn about this study as well as strategies to build resilience to offset the negative impact.
