“Refresh and Refocus” – Happy New Year! Our first support group of 2020 will highlight ways to refresh your self-care routine and refocus your family’s goals for the new year. Dinner will not be provided, but you are free to bring a meal to enjoy during the training. Childcare will be provided for the first 13 children to register. Space is limited.
