GAL District 25 – Newton “Assisting Youth with Grief and Loss”
November 14 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pmFree
Grief and loss can be uncomfortable subjects to address with children. However, it’s important that social workers, parents, and caregivers can assist children with the grief process. This training will introduce participants to the effects that separation and loss have on children and their ability to form healthy attachments. Participants will learn ways to help children manage loss in a healthy way.
