Greensboro "Developing and Delivering Effective Training"

This workshop is designed for those who develop and/or deliver training for adult learners on a regular basis. We will spend time on topics of relevance to full-time trainers, including:

• planning and communicating – how to build excitement and get buy-in for training

• what works/doesn’t work with adult learners

• ice-breaker/energizer activities

• dealing with challenges

• classroom vs. online training
