Greensboro "Finding Common Ground"

August 28, 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

Working as a team to create partnerships for permanency can be challenging, and it requires commitment from all involved. This fun and thought-provoking training looks at professional teams in child welfare – what works well, what doesn’t work so well – and why. Intended for mixed groups of staff and volunteers from different agencies, this training will examine some of the common challenges of teamwork to support children in the child protection system, and strategies for managing differences effectively.
