New Hanover County DSS/PM Session "Maintaining the Capacity to Care: Building Resilience"

Building upon the concepts introduced in Part 1, this training focuses on the development and enhancement of specific professional and personal resilience strategies. Participants will have an opportunity to explore characteristics of resiliency and look at ways to cultivate these characteristics in their daily lives. This is an interactive training designed to engage participants with the goal to positively impact attitudes and behaviors leading to healthy coping skills and overall increased well-being.
