Morganton "Working with the Substance Abusing Client: What Helping Professionals Need to Know"

You’re invited to bring a brown bag lunch to CHS in Morganton on October 24 at 12 noon, and join us for an important presentation on harm reduction. This training is for professionals who work with individuals or families affected by substance abuse. Topics to be covered include: overdose prevention, meeting clients where they are, risks and resilience, naloxone kits, methadone maintenance, understanding the laws, and services available through NCHRC.
