Nonviolent Crisis Intervention: Charlotte

FreeThis training for CHS foster parents and direct service staff teaches techniques for preventing the escalation of children’s behaviors into a crisis, and how to intervene safely and effectively if a crisis does occur. The philosophy of the model is to ensure the care, welfare, safety, and security of all involved.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and sneakers or closed-toe shoes. There will be a break from 12 noon until 1 pm for lunch on your own. A refrigerator and microwave are available for use.
