Online Training "Building Resilient Teams"

April 28, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Free

Resilience is thought of as adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. It is most often used in terms of individual or personal characteristics, however, teams and/or groups of people can also be resilient. It does start with the individual. When individuals are resilient, they function better collectively, sharing the pressures and challenges of highly demanding work. Developing and using resilience skills builds trust, accountability, and emotional intelligence. This training examines how stress and trauma can impact relationships with co-workers, and the ways individuals can use personal strengths to help facilitate healthy team dynamics. This training will also provide strategies for building resilience and supporting teams to produce positive outcomes.
This workshop will be presented online via Skype for Business. A Skype invitation will be sent out on Friday, April 24th. Please be prepared to log in 10 minutes in advance of the training.
