“It’s My Transition”

It’s time to experience It’s MY Transition. This one-day youth conference is unique! Designed specifically for foster teens ages 16 & up, this one-day youth workshop is coordinated with the LINKS communities to focus on successful outcomes for older youths in foster care transitioning out of the system.  The day will be filled with great information for both youths and adults.

Participants will receive all conference supplies, door prizes, terrific workshop information, lunch, and refreshments.
