Wilmington "Substance Abuse Awareness and Prevention"

Substance use is a common reason why children are assigned to foster care. Teens in foster care are more likely to suffer from substance use.  Parents will review recent substance use trends in NC, as well as ways to talk about substance use with young children and teens
Please note: This is a required “one-time” training for CHS foster parents. Repeat attendance is encouraged to refresh information.
