Nonviolent Crisis Intervention

for Staff and Therapeutic Foster Parents

This training teaches techniques for preventing the escalation of children’s behaviors into a crisis, and how to intervene safely and effectively if a crisis does occur. The skills for identifying the early stages of a crisis can be learned, and the philosophy of the model is to ensure the care, welfare, safety, and security of all involved.  Space is limited to 16 so early registration is encouraged.

Please dress comfortably and wear close-toed shoes.
