Kaleb is one of the thousands of teenagers living in foster care right now who are in need of a place to call home.
Foster parents, Ella and Ron Fullenwider have been fostering Kaleb for almost two years and said the first thing someone will notice about Kaleb is his smile.
“He smiles a lot; he makes you smile,” Ella Fullenwider said. “He’s very respectful of others and he has good manners.”
Kaleb describes himself as kind, funny and helpful. Ron Fullenwider recalled an instance when he knew how caring Kaleb was.
