Cookies, Cupcakes, and Community Connection

Edgecombe-Wilson Community Collaborative is hosting an event Cookies, Cupcakes and Community Connection for the community and families of Edgecombe, Wilson, and surrounding areas.  Children’s Home Society of NC is connecting with children, youth, and families of these counties to provide resources and light snacks.  The mission of the collaborative is to improve outcomes for all children while ensuring that children, youth, and families are healthy, safe, and successful at home, school, and in their communities. There are several other community partners such as Eastpointe, Pride in NC, Easter Seals, ROI, Youth Villages, WellCare, Carolina Family Health Centers, NEW ReEntry, Integrated Family Services, ECPS, and Edgecombe County DSS setting up tables to share resources in the Innovation Center at Edgecombe Community College.
